In a Renaissance-style private mansion of the 15th and 16th centuries, Frédéric Guiraud invites you to take a gourmet and historic break. You can enjoy delicious traditional cuisine either close to the imposing fireplace or in the courtyard with carved galleries, depending on the time. The dishes, which are cooked with fresh ingredients, are typically regional and vary with the seasons. They can be enjoyed in a beautiful picturesque setting, in the dining room or in the inner courtyard. You will also enjoy the humorous touches displayed in the menu and the contagious good humour of the owner of the place! Do not pay attention if he "sighs" when seeing you but rather laugh; the character is friendly and kind. We assure you that he will even be happy to tell you the story of the establishment or tell you about the culinary traditions of the region! The hotel has 8 rooms with private bathrooms.

This place is hard to describe other than to say it transcends normal descriptors. We came across it by chance as we were passing through the Minervois area heading south. |The hotel of 8 rooms is in a 15/16th century historical building in a wonderful medieval town. The scale of the renovation and the beauty of the building with its atrium brggars belief. Our bedroom and shower room were on a grand scale and finished to a superb standard. Very comfortable. The only criticism I have is even a curtain in the shower room doorway would offer some privacy. |The breakfast was excellent and the patron is a full of fun character with intelligence and local knowledge thrown in.|This is a special place!

Sehr außergewöhnliches Ambiente. Sauber, freundlich und sehr, sehr ruhig.
Le propriétaire, Frédéric, nous a ensuite accueillis et nous a loué une chambre dans des délais très brefs. Le propriétaire, Frédéric, est très accueillant et serviable.
La pièce et le bâtiment lui-même sont conservés dans un magnifique style original et restent propres et bien rangés.

Because of a situation we had to urgently leave an accomodation that we had originally booked. We contacted Hotel d'Alibert.
The owner, Frédéric, then welcomed us and rented us a room on very short notice. The owner, Frédéric, is very welcoming and helpful.
The room and building itself is kept in beautiful original style and is kept clean and tidy.
We highly recommend this hotel
