Over five centuries old, this establishment is rich in architectural masterpieces: spiral staircase turrets, an Italian-style courtyard with two galleries adorned with busts and colonnettes, and a three-column baldachin dating from 1561. Quiet, spacious and comfortable, the rooms feature rustic furnishings to match the medieval setting of this ancient residence. By the imposing fireplace or in the courtyard, depending on the weather, you can also enjoy Frédéric Guiraud's traditional cuisine.
