Visit a Benedictine abbey in the Occitan Romanesque style with remarkable bell towers at Caunes-Minervois.
Caunes Abbey welcomes you as a proud ambassador of its region. Its rich architecture, a testament to its eventful history, displays both the primitive church dating from 790, and the Romanesque church, adorned with its famous incarnate marble. The town is also a cultural ambassador with "Caunes en Personnes", a year-round series of events featuring wine tastings, painting and photography exhibitions, guided tours and art and wine events.
