This authentic house with exceptional views dates back to more than a century. Michele and Raymond Fannoy have built nice rustic rooms where comfort and cleanliness are the watchwords. They derive their authenticity from their stone walls and their furniture with warm colours. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is very caring. The wonderful oak barrels that are found in the dining room illustrate the name of the address and the general atmosphere of the region. A reconsidered local cuisine will be served; treat yourself to a cassoulet or a crust guinea fowl. On sunny days, the panoramic terrace offers a view of the vineyards and the Queribus castle where it is possible to visit the ruins at the top of a rocky peak. If the hotel is full, you can sleep in one of the rooms of Hostellerie du Vieux Moulin that has been fully restored, located about 4 km away, with views of the Peyrepertuse castle.
