A stop at the Douzens train station is a must, and not just for two minutes, because since Tania and Olivier bought the old station, we've taken the time to discover Olivier's semi-gastronomic cuisine. In the hall, the kitchen opens onto the simply decorated dining room, and outside, a shaded terrace. Having worked in the kitchens of several gourmet restaurants, Olivier expresses his love of seasonal produce here, which he sublimates in well-crafted dishes. Tania's good humour and Olivier's talent are the promise of a great time.
