With its view of the garrigue and the Corbières, the wharf of the cooperative cellar of Embres and Castelmaure is the ideal place to taste a good bottle of wine and savor small dishes. When you arrive, go to the tasting cellar where Cornélis awaits you with the welcome glass offered by the Coopé you can eat inside, at the expense, or under the barrel, on the dock. It is prudent to book, the places are expensive near Cédric's high quality food truck and his team. The map is restricted, but there are many flavors: plate of charcuterie, cheeses, butchered oil camembert, stuffed mushrooms, Iberian black pig in the flower of salt… Just go order to the truck and the chef calls you when it is ready, to the right courtesy. We don't get tired of the atmosphere and we gladly take dessert: chocolate foam, Catalan specialty the yema, but also cheesecake. At the end of the evening you can leave with a bottle of Pompadour, cuvée 3 or for the boldest, a carton of the excellent wine of Corbières!
