Gîte and guest rooms with garden, sauna, and swimming pool in Espéraza.
Built in 1923 by one of the most prosperous hatters in the region and refurbished in 2002 to adapt to modern comfort while retaining the cachet of early 20th-century homes, this house has four bedrooms on the first floor. On the ground floor, a suite, three lounges, and even a piano await you. The dining room is huge, as is the garden. At the other end of the garden is the gîte, also very spacious. You can also enjoy the sauna and the swimming pool.

Cottage more than spacious with huge rooms pleasant to live in. Very reasonable price. Perfect for couples with children from the 3 rooms are large. Pool and sauna shared with the rooms but anyone find something without problem. Possibility of barbecue in the garden. Large shaded garden. We were 6 and the only downside kitchenware of are provided for all that nobody... dishes, pressure cooker... for the rest: top!
