AUBERGE DE PANTOUQUET
A gourmet inn like no other. Wood-fired grills and hearty dishes to savour in the heart of lush vegetation.
Here in the Montagne Noire, lovers of good food have their own address in the heart of nature: it's in the heart of the Loubatière forest that the Auberge de Pantouquet has made its name as a gîte and restaurant. Domi, at the grill, will offer you meat by weight (for larger cuts). Other house specialties include foie gras, local charcuterie, and wood-fired rabbit aïoli and saupiquet. The icing on the cake (home-made): meals on the terrace by the pond for a chalet or guinguette atmosphere, and themed musical evenings.

Stunning setting in the heart of a sublime nature. A restaurant where parents treat themselves as much as children, they can play outside between the dishes while parents take their time by regaling lobster pastis or egg stinks with foie gras as a starter. Then we took a steak (part XXL) accompanied by homemade chips. À la carte this day, plucked will pata negra. It is necessary to book well in advance to have a table. Excellent address!
A beautiful menu, very high quality ingredients and then lobster to lick your fingers and the plate and succulent dish do not hesitate to cder after everything is very good foie gras is extra for the fish and the super duck everything cooked with wood fire an added value.
