M for Montagne, 620 for the altitude of this not-to-be-missed address in the heart of the Montagne Noire. With Yannick at the helm, the restaurant offers authentic, efficient cuisine: local produce, seasonal menus, elaborate burgers and pizzas. A catering service is also available.
