La Crouzade is the beautiful surprise of the port of Gruissan. All year long, you will find a fresh, daring, and tasty cuisine there at reasonable prices. In summer, you can enjoy the small terrace, and in winter, the room receives you in a simple but very pleasant decoration. The service is impeccable, and the staff does not hesitate to advise you according to your tastes; you can even eat vegetarian food (on request). The flagship dishes are the unmissable fish parillade (they are fished in Gruissan and the surrounding areas), the Perpignan pine-nut pudding but also the meat of Black Angus or the Iberian pork.
