Frank and Sophie chose the port of Gruissan to open Plancha'Voile. We love the decor of the dining room and the terrace overlooking the port. In the kitchen, Franck prepares homemade seasonal dishes using fresh produce. While the Plancha'Voile salad is a real hit with its beef tartare toasts, others will opt for the tête de veau with gribiche sauce, a fish or a fine meat à la plancha. The portions are generous and the plates are carefully prepared! La Plancha'Voile, an excellent address to keep just for you.
