L'Estagnol, an institution located in the old village overlooking the pond and La Clape, has been delighting local and international customers for over 40 years! Here, the emphasis is on simplicity and authenticity, in a "fisherman's hut" atmosphere with a shaded terrace, because for the Meynadier family, the essential is on the plate. Here, locally caught fish is well represented, and short circuits are favoured: moules ravigote, fish soup, stuffed squid, catch of the day, zarzuela, all accompanied by local wines. A real delight.
