There's no mystery about the concept: you come to Pôl et Sarah to spend a convivial, gourmet moment over tapas to share, or in front of a pretty dish to keep for yourself (or not). We love the octopus, ham and duck croquetas, as well as the crispy duck and foie gras ravioli. And if sharing your succulent tapas with your neighbor poses a problem of pure indulgence, opt for the octopus cooked at low temperature and risotto, the fish caught off the coast of Gruissan or the 1 kg rib of beef that's best shared... or not!

Menu donné sur une feuille volante (pas.tres pro déjà ). Commande de pâte au saumon.
Arrivée sur la table d'une soupe de crème liquide et quelques morceaux de saumon et des pâtes mal cuites.
Pourtant pour un prix de 21 euros, on peut s'attendre à mieux.
On y retournera pas. Ça c'est sûr.
