La Vinothèque is a wine bar on the island of Saint-Martin, the latest addition to the complex dedicated to salt, oysters, and more generally to pleasure. Here you will discover the wines of La Clape and Les Corbières while tasting local products such as deli meats, cheeses matured in the region, anchovies, and of course seafood from Gruissan producers. The place offers a breathtaking view of the saltworks; it would be a shame to miss it!
