It is in the charming village of La Palme - near the seaside resort of Leucate - that Delphine Roullier created her microbrewery. Trained as an oenologist, this enthusiast decided to become a beer brewer a few years ago. A successful transition since she has been producing exceptional beers that are now found in fridges and bars throughout the region. At La Palme, organic beers are brewed all year round, in a classic and flavoured range. The Zef and the Zephyr are excellent representatives of the production. Take the time to discover them on the terrace or at the bar!
