Julien and Alexandra Oracz will welcome you in a contemporary setting with a superb terrace overlooking the garrigue and the surrounding vineyards. In the kitchen, Julien will concoct inventive dishes on a traditional basis. On the menu, there is a very present cuisine of the locality: "Chamoises" goat's cheese millefeuille and black olive tapenade, and a pork filet mignon in almond crust with its seasonal garnish... For dessert, you may have oreillettes with creamy speculoos cream, or a surprise dessert from the market. At the end of the meal, you would appreciate the small lounge which is at your disposal to enjoy the digestive in a cosy atmosphere. To prolong your stay, several rooms are at your disposal. They are bright and quiet and are perfect to have some rest and peace. Work was carried out in winter of 2019, the bathrooms have been renovated. The decoration of the hotel is neat and cosy, some of the furniture has been changed or restored (parquet flooring, ornamental fireplace) for a resolutely cocooning atmosphere!
