HUÎTRES ALLARY
Production site with a terrace offering oysters with exceptional taste qualities.
This is a unique production site on the banks of Grau. Created in the 1970s, it still retains all its characteristics with its barracks en enfilade. From an oyster and mussel farmer, the Allary Fils house is a family story: the grandfather has passed on the love of the trade to his grandchildren. You can taste on the spot or take away the shells of the production of which the tasty "Cap Leucate", hollow oyster with the fine flesh, the nutty taste and the impressive virtues or the "Caramoun", made in Allary: the technique consists of taking it out of the water daily to artificially reproduce the tidal cycle, to obtain exceptional taste qualities: fine, long in the mouth and much more crispy... you will really like! Enjoy it in the completely restored farmhouse or on the terrace.
