In the Aude region, Korean cuisine is the ambassador of Kimchi in Lézignan! Traditional dishes cooked by Eun Yung, served and presented by her husband Raphaël. Specialties include tempura (shrimp and vegetable fritters), steamed prawns, Peking duck and the famous bibimbap, served in a lava stone bowl with spicy cooked meat, vegetables, rice and egg yolk, all to be mixed together. But most of all, try the marinated meat barbecues, a fun way to discover Korean cuisine. A real favourite!
