The Lézignan-Corbières flying club, located on the town's airfield, offers a range of aviation-related activities. There's a flying school where you can learn to fly from the club's volunteer instructors. It's also possible to take a first flight and fly over the sites of the Pays Cathares. Flights last 15 or 30 minutes and allow you to discover the region, including the Cathar castles, the Cité de Carcassonne, the coastline and Minerve. The aeroclub also offers introductory flights, comprising a theory lesson on the ground, 30 minutes flight time in the pilot's position with the instructor, and a debriefing by the instructor.
