Chef Stéphane Castaing and his long-time friend, Cyril Duplan, created Stecy in early February 2019, in place of their previous establishment, in the city centre of Limoux. In a black, chic and trendy setting, with an industrial atmosphere, the two catering professionals opened a new concept of grilling with quality, matured meats. Stéphane is part of this new "generation" of cooks who highlight the richness of the product, make it the essential element of the plate and combine it with sweet and authentic flavours: such as Parisian coffee beef paleron, lemon cream or semi-cooked salmon with yoghurt. They work mainly with local craftsmen and producers. The very essence of epicureanism takes on its full meaning in its steakhouse, where particular attention is paid to food/wine combinations, in a refined atmosphere, where conviviality rhymes with authenticity. Conductor of a fantastic melody of the senses, magnifying the dishes, he takes us to task in his gastronomic proposals and awakens our taste buds with unusual flavours.
