The cellar opens its doors for a visit and a tasting. You will discover the secret of the First Bubble of the world and the functioning of the cooperative cellar, the work of the vine, the grape harvests, and the winemaking. Since 1531, the wines of Limoux develop fine bubbles during a second fermentation in the bottle. Since 1946, the local winemakers and teams have been making Limoux wines evolve remarkably well. The visit is free, but guided tours are possible.
