Lovely gallery. Small but focused collection: Post-impressionist, 19th century academy & and military scenes. Excellent collection of woman Marie Petiet (1854-1893) paintings which are well worth the visit.

A small wonder where time stopped in 1900.
Remarkable gallery of paintings " pompiers" signed Dujardin-Beaumetz, Raoul de Gardier, A. Guillemet, Henri Levasque, Henri Le Sidaner, Gaston Saintpierre, Marie Petiet, where some masterpieces slip. Magnificent paintings by the pointillist audes Achille Laugé. For me the most endearing museum of Aude.
