Sur recommandation de la Maison du Vin de Pauillac, nous avons visité ce domaine de viticulture en biodynamie. Quel plaisir d’écouter Mme Ghislaine Monfoulet qui sait expliquer et convaincre son public ! Nous avons beaucoup appris sur le travail de la vigne, en particulier avec la charrue tirée par une jument. La présentation des locaux de pressage et stockage a été propice à des échanges sur leurs méthodes. Après une courte dégustation, nous sommes repartis avec de bonnes bouteilles d’un vin qui va reposer avant de nous enchanter.
