In 2010, Maison de la Poterie au Mas Saintes Puelles opened in the heart of the village and has 100 m2 exhibition on the tradition of ceramics in lauragais country from antiquity to the present day. You will find a permanent exhibition on ornamental and architectural ceramics, unique pieces saved from the destruction of the last plants of Castelnaudary. A more technical space detailing the production of the rooms with mussels, the operation of the ovens, various types of cuisine and finally a temporary exhibition "Devil! ... my stew! " on the culinary production in Lauragais and particularly that of Pottery of the Not brothers located 2 km away. The work of the land has always been a strong economic stake in the Lauragais, this interpretation centre will make you discover an unexpected history... particularly the pot which gave its name to the famous cassoulet!
