Homemade cuisine using vegetables from the kitchen garden at the back of the restaurant.
For gourmets with discriminating taste buds and keen senses, David Celayeta's table is sure to please. His credo: ultra-fresh, local produce, a menu that changes twice as often as the seasons, and generous, inventive cuisine. Yes, there's the inevitable cassoulet, but above all there are the chef's creations, which allow him to express his often daring savoir-faire in dishes and desserts, each more graphic and delicious than the last. We love the stylish bistro decor, the wine selection and Déborah's warm welcome.
