Restaurant in the Baliste area with a parking lot offering homemade cuisine with seasonal products, meats, and tapas.

The restaurant is located in the Baliste Route d'Armissan district and has a large car park. You can sit on the terrace or in the pleasantly decorated room. The tables are well laid out, and Gilles Herrando will only offer you homemade seasonal products guaranteed on the plates. During our visit, a pumpkin and sweet potato soup was served as a starter on the menu of the day, followed by a bluefin tuna steak with cooked vegetables and a crème brûlée for dessert; it was simple but good. The rest of the menu oscillates between meat and fish and remains rather classic, with a special mention for desserts. From the sunny days, tapas evenings are organised on Fridays with musical entertainment, local cocktails, and wines perfectly accompanying the plancha knives, duck heart brochettes, turmeric beef... A friendly address well run by a passionate chef.
