Superb dining room with a terrace at the wine estate, offering freshly grilled and baked products.
Whether you choose to dine in the Belle Époque-style dining room or on the terrace with its incredible views over the Étang de Bages and vineyards, you're sure to have a wonderful time at Asado, the bar-brasserie of the prestigious Château Capitoul. Asado owes its name to its wood-fired barbecues and ovens. Here, local fish and meats are grilled over a wood fire and accompanied by local salads and vegetables. Renard enjoyed the mature Aubrac meat and the fig gratin for dessert, served with a fine glass of wine from the estate.
