At Burger et Cassolette, it's generous, inventive, respectful of tradition and regional products. The burgers are in the taste of the South-West. Let yourself be tempted by the Petit Basque or the Aveyronnais, with Roquefort cheese, served with homemade fries, or the Gruissanot with its tuna steak and a guacamole to die for! Très bon burgers, bien que les frites étaient un peu trop cuites. Mais vu la quantité, cela ne m'a pas posé de problème.
