BRASSERIE LE FRANCE
Brasserie on the banks of the Robine Canal offering vegetarian dishes.
This brasserie worthy of the great Parisian boulevards welcomes you on the banks of the Robine Canal, with a young and smiling team. The chef, Philippe Springer, has some great references to his credit - the Crillon, the Ritz, the Tour d'Argent. He also cooked in Japan for 2 years and in South Africa. We tried the fabulous hazelnut oysters and the poached turbot with saffron sauce, and for dessert, an excellent lemon-raspberry tart. A vegetarian dish is also offered every day. The dishes are beautiful and terribly greedy!
