After 12 years of training and experience in renowned Canadian restaurants, then in the Narbonne region, talented Chef Gabriel Ballard opened his own restaurant in the heart of Narbonne. His cuisine is a marvel both in terms of the presentation of the dishes and the judicious blending of flavors. The menu changes every 3 months, with dishes chosen according to the season. For example, Korean-style beef tartare with crispy rice, grilled octopus with pumpkin Romesco sauce and roasted pommes grenaille, and goat's cheese cheesecake for dessert.

On s'est tout simplement régalé, de l'entrée au dessert, en passant par les vins, très bons également.
La cuisine est originale, un brin audacieuse, mais surtout terriblement efficace et savoureuse !
