After the Virée des Galopins in Soulac-sur-Mer, Les Foulée Serret in Saint-Ysan-de-Soudiac, Run for the Porge, the South-Gironde Trail in Savignac, the Trail of the Capianese Impulse in Capian, the Saint-Roch Trail in Queyana Rac and Montferrandaise in Saint-Louis-de-Montferrand, it's the event run in Saint-Ciers that closed the sporting calendar of your summer holidays in Gironde at the end of August. For the occasion, two races of 5 and 10 km in the heart of the vineyard, evolving to 80% on country roads, as well as two children's tests, 800 and 1800 m. Whatever your age and endurance, in short, you will find what to spend, then get on the sneakers and melt. go! A champagne magnum will be given to all participants - adults, of course!
Tariff: 7 € for 5 km, 8 € for 10 km. Increase of 1 € on site.
Distance: 5 km and 10 km.
Difficulty: quite easy.
Date: stage of the Berdassit pond in Saint-Ciers-sur-Gironde. Departure at 10 a. m.
Other practical information: any unlicensed participant shall have a medical certificate stating the absence of contraindication to the practice of running in competition.
