Abbey full of history, transformed into a wine-producing property on the ancient Heraclean Way to Peyriac-de-Mer.
The area is grouped around the old St. Eugénie Abbey. Situated on the ancient héracléenne path, this abbey was first Benedictine in the year 817 and became a Cistercian priory when it was connected to Fontfroide Abbey in 1189. The year 1636 marks the abandonment of the monastic life within the abbey which becomes a private possession and becomes a wine-growing property.
