En nuitée au Domaine de Joucla, Sébastien nous a apporté nos menus. Des mises en bouche au dessert un vrai régal des papilles. Des produits frais travaillés avec passion et d'une saveur digne des 5 étoiles attribuées. Nous nous rendrons prochainement dans son restaurant. Je recommande fortement. Merci à lui et à son équipe.
