In 2022, Marcos and Ashley opened the Dorival restaurant. Their concept? "Authentic, gastronomic and ethical cuisine". By this, they mean generous, seasonal cuisine, highlighted by local produce. A truly traditional restaurant, just the way we like it. Depending on the menu of the moment, we've come across foie gras straight from Ariège, revisited egg rolls, a piece of matured beef... we're salivating! We also like the vegetarian options and the fact that we can indicate specific diets or particular restrictions.
