The chef, Albert Batlle, invites you on a gastronomic journey around a refined cuisine, inspired by Mediterranean flavours and made mainly from local products with a label and from short circuits. Discover the gastronomic heritage of the Aude: each season has its own menu and products. Enough to satisfy all gourmets! Le Brantalou will also know how to organise your group meals, weddings, birthdays or family meals and will personalise your event on request. In July and August, two snack bars complete the restaurant's offer with pizzas, snacks, fresh pasta, and a raw vegetable buffet.
