A pleasant inn offering traditional dishes.
The hostel Le Demi Sel has 5 rooms, double, family and one for people with reduced mobility. Aurélie and Sabrina have bought this Quillanese institution, and have not stopped improving it, like the superb room with its Italian shower room. The rooms are pleasant, clean and cosy, the bedding is of quality and they all have bathrooms with shower and television. Here you can relax in the spa and enjoy good traditional dishes, not forgetting the semi-salted butter!
