Restaurant with a panoramic terrace featuring wine and cheese pairings.
In 1986, G. Baud created the first wine and cheese restaurant in Bordeaux. In 2009, he passed the baton to X. Brung, also a passionate wine connoisseur. Like its predecessor, Le Bis de Saint-Emilion features wine and cheese pairings and the house's great classics: raclette, fondue, Mont d'Or and a cabinet of 50 cheeses. Also: entrecôte grilled over vine shoots in the fireplace. At the bottom of rue Gaudet, Le Bis is an intimate address. The lucky ones can enjoy the small panoramic terrace. Groups welcome on reservation.
