HILLSIDE CASTLE
The Brousseau family represents 5 generations of wine growers and offers you a visit of their vineyards and their cellars to discover their production. Their wines are fine and harmonious, elegant and charming. Their production is primarily intended for private customers, wine shops and restaurants. Please note that during the harvest, you will be guided and initiated to the work of the vine through an educational approach. The desire to welcome and show visitors was no longer enough, so the Brousseau family undertook the renovation of the family home to develop what is now called wine tourism. Thus, very functional and comfortable rooms are now offered as gîtes (from 250 to 500 € per week) or as bed and breakfast (about 60 € per night). The reception in motor home completes this offer. The opinion of our oenologists on the 2005 Château Haut Coteau Saint-Estephe: ruby color, some tinted reflections; nose of prune, cedar and saffron; frank mouth, supple attack, spicy evolution, final of average persistence. To drink now.
