Since acquiring the property in 2010, Jérôme and Béatrice have been committed to promoting the best terroirs of St Emilion and Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux. The team consists of 4 people, including technical manager Christophe de Monteil and three vineyard workers. Oenologist Thomas Duclos, advisor to several St Emilion 1er Grand Cru Classé wines, contributes his expertise throughout the year to guide vinification, ageing and blending. Hervé Briane, viticultural advisor, supports the team in cultivating the vineyards in compliance with the Organic Agriculture certification since 2022.
