Canal-side restaurant with a terrace where everything comes from local producers in Sallèles-d'Aude
It is on the banks of the Canal, in a former wine cellar, that Sandra has created her little "cantine" that will satisfy you at any time. Here, we practise the policy of locavore and homemade food, such as the bread and pastries served for breakfast. During the day and depending on the time of day, it is for snacking or a tea room. At noon, you will appreciate, for example, the goat cheese salad with honey, the marinated poultry supreme, and the homemade desserts. On sunny days, the terrace and the courtyard are very popular, especially at dinner time.
