The Au Bon Groin butcher's shop is not only renowned for the quality of its charcuterie, made without additives or GMOs, but also for its cheeses, gourmet products from local artisans and gift ideas. So when Anne-Lise and Alexis announced the opening of a restaurant in the heart of the butcher's shop, our taste buds went wild! On the menu, little dishes to share or not, we recommend the pot-au-feu cromesquis with homemade béarnaise, the beef tartare, the grilled meats, everything is good. Excellent welcome to boot.
