In the heart of the village of Sougraigne, L'Ecluse au Soleil offers a rustic and cosy setting to lovers of hiking and horseback riding, but also swimming in the pool and river which are also very popular. The rooms are comfortable, and the large shaded terrace is very nice. It offers a beautiful view of the valley of Salz, a river which owes its name to its high salt content. In winter, after a busy day, Nicole will surely delight you with a good regional specialty in front of a good wood fire. All menus are prepared exclusively from fresh and seasonal ingredients, mostly from local productions that are labelled "Le Pays Cathare". Nicole and François Dumas also offer themed stays to discover Haute-Vallée de l'Aude.
