Restaurant with a terrace offering homemade pizzas and Italian dishes.
You would think you were in a small port of Italy and almost in Venice with canals, Canal Du Midi, and gondolas, barges; in short, you are almost there! According to your wishes, you can dine in the spacious dining room (renovated in 2013) with light colours and in a rather modern style or on the terrace overlooking the Canal. In addition to pizzas or the attractive salads, Jose and Cathy Rossel also offer a cuisine that has some southern and Mediterranean touches. Since we started with the atmosphere (Venice, canals...) we choose a pizza, or should we say "The" Pizza: Parma, thin crust, tomato base, Parma (or country) ham, arugula, Parmesan, dried duck, eggplant... all served with a very fresh small Minervois rosé wine. Other delicious dishes of the house include: Italian beef tartare or fish parillade, prawns and knives which felt so good on the nearby table. The restaurant is a reference on the small Trèbes port and appreciated by the locals and passers-by tourists. Remember to reserve for a meal on the terrace!
