The couple has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant business and their expertise was awarded a Michelin star in 2014. This expertise can be felt on the plate: beef cheek effiloché with truffles; roasted pigeon supreme, the crispy-melting leg, small pan-fried blood sausage; mocha candied banana, rolled cookie and smoked namelaka, mucilage juice gel, coffee-cardamom ice cream.
