On the road to Cap-Ferret, it is good to stop for lunch in all simplicity at Dégusta. A young and dynamic team welcomes you and seats you at the table surrounded by beautiful and good bottles. Lunch in a wine cellar, it was necessary to dare and it is a real success! The restaurant offers traditional brasserie dishes with a south-western flavour. On the slate, you will find among the suggestions: chipirons with parsley, the ultimate challenge of the entrecôte à la plancha and for dessert, mature cheese or the chocolate cake with its custard... sure values! Certes à côté de la base aérienne, mais quand on travaille sur Mérignac, on a l'habitude. Restaurant agréable sur l'idée autour de la cave à vin. L'accueil et le service est souriant, sympathique et discret. Pratique pour se garer car parking juste à côté. Permet d'éviter les restaurants avec beaucoup de tables, et trop d'attente au centre de Mérignac ou autour rocade ! Au moins on est au calme, la terrasse est tranquille coupé de la route. Et on y boit bien sûr du bon vin ,-) je recommande.
