CHÂTEAU DE CANDALE
Magali and Thibaut Decoster are the new operators of the Château de Candale. Faithful to Saint-Emilion, they have already settled in Le Clos des Jacobins and Château La Commanderie, two famous classified growths of the appellation. The 13 hectares of Saint-Emilion Grand Cru of Château de Candale extend mainly along the famous south coast of the appellation, whose sun-drenched clay and limestone slopes offer many micro-plots and a real diversity of landscapes and terroirs. The property, which produces Château de Candale and Château Roc de Candale, also houses the restaurant Atelier de Candale, a gastronomic and wine meeting place headed by chef Cyrille Gallard since 2012.
