The Château des Dauphins has recently been transformed into a co-working and co-living space, welcoming local businesses as well as various public and private events. La Verrière, a restaurant offering a full menu every lunchtime, and afterwork evenings in fine weather with aperitif platters and tapas, has also opened in this beautiful space with its verdant grounds. The chef is Alain Pouponneau, a seasoned veteran of the four corners of the world, who has also worked at the Domaine de Raba in Talence. A good, affordable address.
