CHATEAU DE LAUSSAC
The small estate of the 28 s was transformed into a beautiful vineyard of hectares, one of the crown jewels Robin (Penalties Valentin en saint-émilion, Old Taillefer in Pomerol). The Chapel castle site, where the vine has flourished for two centuries, is 8 km from Saint Emilion. It is the "flying winemaker" Michel Rolland who has presided over his development since 2004, with his précision precision of precision and perfectionism. The result is a very pleasant wine, worn on the fruit, with notes toastées and vanilla. The structure suggests a beautiful guard, in which the tannins are called to melt in order to allow more roundness.
