CHÂTEAU LABATUT-BOUCHARD
Château Labatut Bouchard, after being the heritage of 7 generations within the Bouchard family, is now the property of Valérie and Frédéric Méhaye - already happy owners of a Médoc cru bourgeois, Château Sipian - covers 50 hectares - 39 hectares of red and 11 hectares of white. We will discover a first Côtes-de-Bordeaux aged in barrels, a dry white Sauvignon, a rosé and a very good sweet AOC Cadillac, aged in barrels. One fifth of the production of the vineyard comes from the Sémillon white vines. Frédéric has breathed a real wind of modernity, while meticulously conserving the traditional methods of vinification, with total respect for the environment and for this land that he particularly loves.
