Through its eco-museum and its breeding, the Space makes us discover the world of snails with nearly 250 000 "horns" coming from every corner of the world. The panorama is complete: from the market from snail to gastronomy through the greenhouse to breeding and fattening parks; from the food chain to hibernation, through the formation of the shell. Tastings are regularly organised and the boutique offers all discerning and professional gourmets a range of handicraft products: Caracol'Toast or Escarg'olive to spread for aperitif; snail's conflict to duck fat; small grey snails to the ceps or to the south; snails in the nestled, in skewers, in persillade to olive oil, in shell with cévennes or in natural form. The restaurant will welcome you under its lovely shaded waterfall every day of the summer and, if you are going to the end of the day, you will be able to attend on Friday and Saturday night a fine star race!
